The Green Street is a new direction in ethical fashion, eco friendly clothing and fiartrade clothing. Our aim is to pioneer a change in how people perceive Fairtrade Clothing and environmentally friendly products such as organic cotton tshirts, organic hemp clothing and its importance to us and our planet. We wish to promote green fashion as the best step forward for the industry.
We will be showcasing not only some of the well established organic streetwear brands, but also featuring up and coming designers and small indepenent organic streetwear labels new to the green fashion market, who are really changing the face of ethical fashion. This will be in the "made in..." section and may be available in a town/city near you!
Its time to jump on this train and really see what we have to offer. Don't be cynical about fairtrade clothing - This is a good bandwagon to jump on - feel good about helping people who work in horrifc conditions..why shouldn't you? feel good about helping improve the environment...this is where we live! feel good about being against the big machines selling cheap, fast fashion at a big cost to us all. Ethical fashion and ethical business is on the up!
The Green Street wants you to take a walk with us and discover creative, individual, streetwear fashion, which supports a fair way of living and existing. Its not difficult to understand. Fairtrade clothing and ethical fashion is not some crazy new concept, it is just how it should be. It's just common sense.
